Resolution Day 9

Well today I had only lost  .4 of a pound, but that still puts me at 10.3 overall since starting my weight loss journey with Resolution by Total Life Changes.  I’m so happy that I have finally found what works for me and so many others!  I really do encourage you take a look, it’s well worth the little bit they are asking!  I’ve spent more than that on books trying to find the right diet.

But I did learn something today… I was letting myself fall below the 1200 calories, by more than 200 calories and was told to keep closer to the 1200 calories so that my body doesn’t try and go into starvation mode.  Wow, I don’t feel hungry so I figured that not eating 1200 (or somewhat close) would be a good thing.  So today I was more careful to get closer.  Today I reached 1096 calories and 12 cups of water along with a short 10 minute slow walk.   I feel great!

resolutionI don’t think I’ll go into a lot of detail like I have the last eight days because I think you have the idea on how this product works.  If you are just now ready my blog about my journey, please go back to Resolution Drops – Day 1 and start there.

At first I thought about doing 5 days instead of 10, but after starting I knew 10 would be easy.  And today, I’ve decided I could easily do 20!!  The bottle is actually for 30 days, but I’ll take a short break after I reach 20 days.  I’ll take a break for 10, back on for 20, etc. until I reach my goal.  And I can tell you that know that I have Resolution, my goal is a lower weight than I considered before I started!

I didn’t have the opportunity to do my measurements today, so tomorrow morning I’ll do that and post my results.  But I can tell you, I’ve lost 1 pant size, from a size 20, back into my 18’s (loosely).   I think I could fit into my size 16’s but they’d be tight and uncomfortable… I’ll wait. me1smaller

Resolution Drops Day 3

Well today is even better than I had hoped for!  5 1/2 pounds down since beginning the journey with Resolution. Imagine my excitement!!

Resolution Drops Day 3

5:30 AM:  Took my 3 Techui, waited 15 minutes before using Resolution and then waited 15 minutes resolutionbefore eating.  Oh, and in case you’re wondering why I’m also taking the Techui, it’s 287 grams of protein to get me started in the morning, helps build muscle.  The Resolution does lots of wondering things for you, least of which is to control your appetite and help shed the fat from your stomach.

Breakfast was 3 egg whites (did you know that egg whites are only 25 calories?), sauteed mushrooms and spinach.  Tasted great!  and my total breakfast was only 103 calories (including the Techui)!!

10:00 AM:  Almost forgot my snack, the Techui and breakfast were very satisfying today.  Probably a combination of my body getting used to the changes in eating habits along with the 3 egg whites being more substantial in amount of food.

12:00 Noon:  Now up to 5 cups of water, wanted to be at 6 cups, but I need to wait because it’s time for me to take my Resolution.  Lunch consisted of 3 oz hamburger patty grilled, 1/2 cup cottage cheese.  Calories 278

I think I’ll try to up the calorie count closer to 400 tomorrow.  Feel a little hungry still, but not bad.  And since we are striving for a 400 calorie lunch, I can add a little something.  We’ll see.  I also made some dill dip for the afternoon snack so I’m not just eating plain veges.

I used 0% fat greek yogurt, added a little lemon juice, a little apple cider vinegar, a packet of Truvia and dill.  Just mix to your liking.  Easy to do and tastes good.

5:30 PM:  Dinner consisted of an iceberg salad with 2 radishes, 1/2 avocado with salt and pepper and 1 Grilled Chicken thigh, 1/2 cup green beans. Total calories 321

I’m feeling great, my total calorie count was less that 1000 calories today and I would never have thought I’d feel this good.  No hunger pangs, no low blood sugar attacks, no major cravings that I can’t handle.  Totally amazed because I never thought I’d make it through a day with cream in my coffee, bread or pasta.  I know, I’m only on day 3, but I seriously think this is pretty simple due to the Resolution.

Resolution – Day 2

Woke up to a beautiful day, weighed in at 3 1/2 pounds down! Excellent news and now even more excited than before I started!

Ok, Let’s Start Day 2 Resolution



Day 2:  Started out the morning with 3 capsules of Techui to get things going in the right direction.  Half hour later, I used 10 drops of Resolution, waited 15 minutes before eating or drinking anything.  I’m feeling ok, but looking forward to breakfast.


6:30 AM: Breakfast consisted of sauteed mushrooms and spinach in butter and 2 eggs scrambled.  It was great.  Amazing how much better healthy food tastes even after just 1 day without sugar and starches.   Calories for breakfast 211

9:30 AM: Snack time – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt followed a little later with 1/2 cup raw cauliflower.  Took 2 Iaso NRG and 8oz. of Iaso tea.  Feeling pretty good, a little hungry, but I know the NRG and Tea will take the edge off shortly.

Wondering if I’m going into too much detail, but then maybe someone else can use this to give them ideas and inspiration.  You never know.  I read that I could add a little Coconut oil to my coffee, will have to try that too.

In case you are wondering – The recommended daily 1200-calorie diet allows for a (200) calorie breakfast, (400) calorie lunch & dinner and two (100) calorie snacks throughout the day.   Enjoy (3) balanced meals each day consisting mostly of protein and vegetables, while limiting fruit serving sizes and excluding the starch category for the best results.  Yesterday I did 200 calorie lunch and that was ok, but I’ll up it today.  Yesterday’s dinner wound up being about 464 calories.  There is a list of menu options and ideas some sound pretty good, I’ll have to try and find the recipes.

For a person who couldn’t go through the day without a snack at work, I think I’m doing pretty well.

12 Noon:  Used Resolution, waited 15 minutes before eating.  Enjoyed 3 oz. grilled lean hamburger with 1 teaspoon of ketchup, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and a glass of Iaso tea.

2:30 PM:  I feel a lot better after lunch today, don’t feel like I even need a snack.  I must have been craving the protein because I felt pretty hungry before lunch.  Enjoying remaining amount of cauliflower followed by 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein mixed in water with about 1/4 cup of skim milk.   I am now up to 8 cups of water.

5:15 PM:  Did my Resolution drops again, getting ready for dinner.  Salad with 1 tbsp Dill Sauce made from 0% fat greek yogurt for the dressing, 3 oz NY Steak and sauteed zucchini.  I feel quite full and happy. Not feeling deprived even though my dinner was approx. 300 calories.

I’ve got to say, that I’m quite surprised that I haven’t cheated, no cravings for sugar, although it would be great to have something salty and crunchy… Will have to check into what I can have to satisfy that craving.  But I’m doing good!

Well, another day down.  Can’t wait to see if I lost any more weight!
