Today I woke and hit the scale, didn’t lose anything, but that’s ok, I’m still down 9.4 pounds and am still extremely happy and I still have 3 days before I stop taking the Resolution drops. I love my Resolution by TotalLifeChanges!
6:30 AM: Up and at ’em! Looking forward to today, we are going for a drive down the St. Joe River and enjoy the day. Do a little exploring and do a little relaxing. Started the day with 3 Techui capsules and glad I have them because we will be having breakfast at Rose Lake.
10:00 AM: Arrived at Rose Lake Restaurant and forgot to take my Resolution when I ordered breakfast and I waited too long. Not really sure if I should or not, I decided to go ahead and take the drops anyway. Of course, I was served breakfast about 2 minutes after I did… oh well, it’s life! Had a Sausage, green pepper and cheese omelet with tomatoes slices instead of potatoes and toast. What a great omelet.
Arrived home after a wonderful day! Decided to drive back via Harrison. It was such a beautiful day.
5:30 PM: Dinner was grilled NY strip steak and sauteed zucchini. Delicious! I saute the zucchini in butter with garlic, add onions and parsley flakes.
