Getting leads is key

We all know that getting leads is key for your business, but we also all know how daunting the process can be.  And worse is knowing where to start!  You can spend a lot of money looking for leads that will turn into customers.  And after all, customers are all essential for all businesses.

Online or offline – everywhere there are people, you can find new prospects and potential leads for your business. The only important thing is for you to know who is your buyer and narrow the audience you are turning to.

There are a lot of ways to grow your list of prospects, but people are getting more and more hesitant giving out their info to anyone because the fraud on the internet has gotten out of hand.  So, being able to target the people who are looking for your type is business is going to increase the number of leads that convert to sales.  And that makes us all happy!

Where to start

I get asked this a lot!  There are so many sources, so many different ways, so many different price ranges.  Today I want to concentrate a little more on the more affordable ways to generate leads, as that is what my business is.  Not only for myself, but for almost anyone that does network marketing of any product, whether it be weight loss, hair care, makeup, skin care and the list goes on!

So today, let’s start with the basic…


Almost everyone (I said almost) is on Facebook.  With that being said, you can post till you are blue in the face and not get enough leads or prospects to get your business growing or so you will have to pay for Facebook ads, but that’s not always the way to go either because Facebook has a habit of letting people who are paid to click be the ones that actually see you ads instead of what you chose as your target audience.  At least that has been my experience and spending money where it’s not doing any good, is not what I have in mind.

So, you’ll need to be more specific on about how you treat your page.  You need to treat your Facebook page like a sales page or website and have clear call to action posts, updated news feed that includes photos, posts that teach, inspire or otherwise create interest.

Try running contests and giveaways.  People absolutely love competitions and free stuff so this could be a great way to generate leads.  Maybe give away a coaching give-away, or advertising contest, or anything that they would willingly put their name and email into a call-to-action box.

Ask for referrals, if someone likes what you are selling, even if they are not buying, ask them if they know of anyone who would be interested.  If they are happy with what you are selling, ask them to write a review on their Facebook wall and tag you in the review.  You’ll be getting more eyes seeing your ads than ever before.

How about a Facebook live, you can do this on your personal profile, or from a business page.  During your live, ask the people watching to share or invite others to your live.  Try it!  It works!!

Does Asirvia really work?

I get asked this question quite a bit and so I thought I would share with you my opinion and the responses or testimonies from a few other people.

First off, Asirvia is a network marketing company that specialized in nearby technology to generate leads and customers for your business.  But note, just because if is network marketing, does not mean you have to become an affiliate to use the product(s).

So what is a Go Unit?

Asirvia promotes a Bluetooth device called Asirvia Go. This device automatically promotes your business on every nearby Android phone. The Go unit has a range of 100 yards and any Android device that has location and Bluetooth turned on, will find and place a notification on your phone to let you know that you are in range of a nearby device.

If you are not looking at your phone, you would not even know that the Go unit is in range and when you leave the 100 yard range, the notification simply disappears from your phone.  It’s not considered a push notification because it does not require an app, doesn’t stay on your phone unless you save it, and does not collect your info without your knowledge.

Why would you want to use Asirvia Go?

If you or your company is looking to increase your customer base without costing a lot of money like a billboard, FB advertising, TV or radio advertising or any myriad of ways to get noticed, then the Asirvia Go unit is perfect.  In fact, it really is perfect for most any company.

Let’s say you own a restaurant, you could purchase the Go units, set up a 40 character message using your breakfast, lunch or dinner specials and change that message at will so everyone with an android phone could see that message.

I personally would suggest the Go unit upgraded to a Go Plus and then you would be able to add a photo or a YouTube video to help entice your customers.  From here, they can click on the save to wallet button, call, visit your website or share on social media.

The endless possibilities are amazing.  Selling something, take a picture, put in your details, save and let the little Go device go to work for you!

How does Bluetooth Proximity Marketing work?

Bluetooth Proximity Marketing uses cellular technology to send marketing messages to mobile-device users who are in close vicinity.

Via a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal, proximity marketers can send content similar to a mobile application program (app) that appears automatically on the mobile devices of consumers. While the audience is limited to those in the proximity of 100 yards, and those using its wireless signal, the message is very user-friendly and reaches those most likely to buy.

Macy’s, an early adopter of Proximity Marketing, announced that it will be rolling out the technology to all of its stores after a successful pilot last holiday season.

In addition, brands such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Levi’s and Kraft have implemented InMarket’s version of the technology. InMarket has reported that interactions with advertised products increased 19 times and in-store app usage was 16.5 times higher for users who received a beacon message.

In casinos, beacons can be placed at the entrances to engage customers as they enter (or exit) the casino. Further, beacons can be placed in the slots and ER gaming area, the poker room, the gaming tables, the bars and restaurant. This allows casino operators to engage with customers depending upon their gaming and visitation behaviors.

A large casino in Las Vegas is using Proximity Marketing to tailor messages to customers of all types. For example, someone could enter who is not a member of their players club, and a reminder could be sent on the benefits of joining and instructions on where to sign up. On the flip side, VIP customers could come in and be sent a welcome greeting. In addition, VIP hosts could be alerted and meet the VIP guests with their favorite drinks.

Proximity Marketing has tremendous revenue-producing potential, allowing everything from retailers, hotels, casinos and more, to deepen their connection with consumers, encourage more loyalty and greatly improve the customer experience.
