I know that many of you have been following my posts, but for those that haven’t I encourage you to go back to day 1 and read through so that you can see where I started and where I’m headed. I’m a distributor for Total Life Changes but I’m also a customer! I love these products and how they are helping me, my husband and my niece. We are all excited about our results and just want to share this information so maybe someone who has tried everything and just can’t seem to loose weight or has given up hope in ever being healthy again will find courage to try again.
I’ve used a lot of different products with no results at all. With Resolution, I saw results after the very first day. Mind you, I followed their suggestions about no wheat, no starches and no sugar. 1200 calories per day. If you want results, you’ll do the same. And don’t say you can’t do that…. That’s what I said. But Resolution stops those cravings, helps control appetite and allows you to eat healthier and you’ll lose weight, with or without exercise. And the right eating helps you feel full so you don’t feel hungry.
Oh, and today when I got up and stood on the scale, I lost another 1/2 pound. That’s a total of 9.9…. WhoooHoooo!! I couldn’t be happier
Resolution Day 8
Wow, Day 8 already!
5:30 AM: Time for my 3 capsules of Techui and make coffee. Not sure how I’d get through a day without at least 1 cup!! Off to the shower to prepare for the day. Ok, 6:00 AM stop drinking coffee and water, Resolution drops at 6:15 and start preparing breakfast. Breakfast at 6:30: Still my favorite and I’ll continue this 3 egg whites, sauteed mushroom and spinach. Don’t like it plain? Add different spices to change up the flavor. Easy!!
9:30 AM: Decided on Greek yogurt with blueberries today for my snack. I have noticed that it’s not as filling as raw vegetables, but it’s ok now and then.
12:00 Noon: Took my Resolution drops before leaving work and headed for home. Grilled 3 oz. hamburger patty and used a little salsa on top. It was ok, but I don’t think I’ll do that with hamburger again. Gotta try so I don’t get bored with what I’m eating. 1/2 cup Cottage cheese with pepper. 16 oz. of water and back to work.
3:00 PM: Had forgotten to bring my snack with me, but I was super busy so it didn’t really bother me anyway. But I know that eating snacks between meals helps keep your metabolism up so you body keeps burning calories and fat more smoothly.
5:30 PM: Took my Resolution drops and fixing dinner. I used to do a chicken stir fry served with noodles. And since I am not eating wheat, noodles are out. But I went ahead and made the stir fry with my normal spices (garlic, onion, curry and ginger). It’s turned out just to be pretty good without the noodles anyway.
Total calories today 609. So I think I’m make me a smoothie for a snack later. Fage 0% fat greek yogurt with a little chocolate protein and 1/4 cup of milk.
I still have 2 more days on Resolution and I’m defiantly going to repeat this until I get to the weight I want to be at. I have no doubt in my mind that I’ll get there!
