Woke up this morning exicted about checking my weight!! You got that? I was EXCITED to check my WEIGHT!! How many times have you ever heard that before? LOL
Anyway, am now down 6 1/2 pounds in only 3 days and I still have 7 days remaining taking the Resolution drops. I wouldn’t even mind if I only lost another 3 1/2 pounds in those 7 days. But time will tell what happens and I’ll keep writing so you know what I did to get the results I’m getting. Make sense? OK
DAY 4 Resolution and Me!
5:30 AM: Started my day with 3 Techui capsules and 8 oz of water. Took my drops at 6:15 and waited 15 minutes before having breakfast … Once again I had 3 egg whites with 1/2 can of sauteed mushrooms and a handful of spinach. I tried a little different spice, it was ok, but I think I’ll stick with pepper. I can often times get stuck on what to have for breakfast because I never used to eat breakfast. I know I should probably mix it up a bit so my body doesn’t get used to eating the same thing every day. I read someones else’s post about turkey bacon, hmmm, I wonder! I’ll check it out.
OK, I did a little research.. Pork bacon has more protein. Here’s a good chart I found if you want to read it. So, seeing that pork bacon has more protein, and this diet is about adding protein and vegetables, and less carbs, then I’ll stick with pork bacon. No more than 2 slices anyway!
10:30AM: Snack was 2 raw carrots and 1/2 cup of 0% fat greek yogurt with a 1/4 cup blueberries mixed in. If you want to improve the flavor of greek yogurt, add a little Truvia to it. Works for me! And no, the Truvia does not kick in my sugar cravings. That’s exactly why I like it.
12:00 Noon: Headed home for lunch. Did my 10 drops of Resolution at 12:15 waited 15 minutes to eat. Lunch consisted of 3 slides of extra lean ham, 1/2 slice of swiss cheese and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Total calories 220 though I will really weigh the pros and cons of ham seeing as how those 3 slices of ham have 900 mg of sodium. That’s a lot, but then I don’t usually use any extra salt in my meals. We’ll see how it goes.
2:30 PM: Well, the ham didn’t really stick with me, so I won’t be doing that again. Maybe it’s all the salt. Will go back to grilled lean hamburger if I need to. Not sure why, so I had a protein shake for a snack to help. That helped, but It’s not the way I wanted to feel.
4:30 PM: I’m not up to 10 cups of water!! Doing good there!
5:30 PM: Took my drops while fixing dinner. Dinner was my quick and easy recipe of Italian Sausage and Peppers. Simple to make, 5 sausages, 1 can of mushrooms (sauteed), 1 or 2 green or yellow peppers, and 1 can of diced tomatoes.. That’s it – easy and good! Calories for dinner 360
Still under the 1200 calorie mark so maybe I’ll fix myself a greek yogurt blueberry smoothie for desert!
