Well today is even better than I had hoped for! 5 1/2 pounds down since beginning the journey with Resolution. Imagine my excitement!!
Resolution Drops Day 3
5:30 AM: Took my 3 Techui, waited 15 minutes before using Resolution and then waited 15 minutes before eating. Oh, and in case you’re wondering why I’m also taking the Techui, it’s 287 grams of protein to get me started in the morning, helps build muscle. The Resolution does lots of wondering things for you, least of which is to control your appetite and help shed the fat from your stomach.
Breakfast was 3 egg whites (did you know that egg whites are only 25 calories?), sauteed mushrooms and spinach. Tasted great! and my total breakfast was only 103 calories (including the Techui)!!
10:00 AM: Almost forgot my snack, the Techui and breakfast were very satisfying today. Probably a combination of my body getting used to the changes in eating habits along with the 3 egg whites being more substantial in amount of food.
12:00 Noon: Now up to 5 cups of water, wanted to be at 6 cups, but I need to wait because it’s time for me to take my Resolution. Lunch consisted of 3 oz hamburger patty grilled, 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Calories 278
I think I’ll try to up the calorie count closer to 400 tomorrow. Feel a little hungry still, but not bad. And since we are striving for a 400 calorie lunch, I can add a little something. We’ll see. I also made some dill dip for the afternoon snack so I’m not just eating plain veges.
I used 0% fat greek yogurt, added a little lemon juice, a little apple cider vinegar, a packet of Truvia and dill. Just mix to your liking. Easy to do and tastes good.
5:30 PM: Dinner consisted of an iceberg salad with 2 radishes, 1/2 avocado with salt and pepper and 1 Grilled Chicken thigh, 1/2 cup green beans. Total calories 321
I’m feeling great, my total calorie count was less that 1000 calories today and I would never have thought I’d feel this good. No hunger pangs, no low blood sugar attacks, no major cravings that I can’t handle. Totally amazed because I never thought I’d make it through a day with cream in my coffee, bread or pasta. I know, I’m only on day 3, but I seriously think this is pretty simple due to the Resolution.
