Resolution Drops – Day 1

After seeing and hearing how so many people are finally losing the weight (along with belly fat) that they wanted to lose, I’ve decided to give Resolution a go myself.

Day 1 using Resolution resolution

Day 1:  I have taken my the 1st of my 10 drops this morning.  I started the day as usual with 3 Techui capules and 8oz of Iaso Tea.  After about 1/2 hour I took the 1st 10 drops of Resolution, waited 15 seconds and then swallowed.  OK so far, then I had a glass of water, didn’t realize I needed to wait at least 15 minutes before eating or  drinking anything, so lesson learned!  I decided on a poached egg for breakfast.

9am:  Now I’m thinking that I should have had something to go with it.  Can’t eat any starches or carbs, so I didn’t add anything else.  Hmmm…. will have to plan better tomorrow morning.  I’m feeling a bit hungry.  I don’t usually eat breakfast so I thought a one egg would be enough.  Guess I was wrong.  The plan is to eat 200 calorie breakfast, 200 calorie lunch and 2 100 calorie snacks.  Guess that means I can eat up to 600 calories for dinner.  Decided to eat my snack, yogurt.   Ok, better now and had a stick of celery.

Oh, and by the way, I am using MyFitnessPal app to track what I eat and how much water I drink.  Am now up to 5 cups of water so far.  I’m dedicated to drinking the 3 liters (or 101oz) today.  Probably won’t be that easy, I’ll have to concentrate on remembering to drink more water.

10am:  Just drank 8oz of Iaso tea with 2 NRG.  20 minutes later… Feeling great!

12:00 Noon  Time for the 2nd round of Resolution drops and wait 15 minutes to eat or drink.  Got it, will be heading home for lunch.  Had a slice of lean ham, 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of Iaso tea.  Am now up to 8 cups of water… not bad, just need to do 4 more.

Decided on 1 cup of cauliflower (raw) for my afternoon snack.  Still feeling ok, a little hungry, but I think it’s because I told myself I’m on a diet.  Ok, not a diet, it’s eating healthier!  Silly brain.  Delgada coffee, no longer hungry.

Took my 10 drops of Resolution 15 minutes before I was ready to eat or drink anything for dinner.  Enjoyed an iceberg salad with a small about of raisins and sunflower seeds.  Had 1/2 of an avacado, 1 medium raddish.  Used a little lemon juice for flavor, but I really think I would have liked it better without.  Will have to find something else or eat it without anything else.  1 cup of sauteed zuchinni and 3oz of pork chop.  Feel full and not deprived.

Total calorie count is 895.  Less than I expected it to be, but I will eat a better breakfast tomorrow.  Thinking of 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms.

I gotta say this day was easier than I expected.
